What changed in each update
The app shows the newest once it has updated, and keeps them all in Settings.
- Your language
- The app speaks German, French, Spanish and Portuguese too, following your phone or the language you choose in Settings.
- Ageing
- Each run has an Ageing tab: barrels, chips or staves on a timeline, with strength checks, sample tastings and the angels’ share.
- Your stills
- Save your stills in Settings, then pick one when you start a run and compare runs by still.
- Still-side mode
- On the Still tab: the jar timer, head temperature and Add jar in big type, with the screen kept on.
- Tasting wheel
- Pick smell, taste and finish words from nine flavour families, and compare them across runs.
- Sugar wash planner
- In Tools: the sugar, dextrose, molasses or malt extract and water for the wash you want.
- Home-screen widget
- On Android, your fermenting batches and today’s reminders on the home screen. Add it from Settings.
- Recipe scores
- Score shared recipes, say you’ve made one, and sort them by Top rated.
- Recipe updates
- Publish an update to a recipe you’ve shared. Copies say when a newer version is out and what changed.
- Discussions
- Each shared recipe has its own discussion. When someone replies to yours, the app tells you, and you can choose a daily email in Settings.
- Bottle labels
- A QR code on the label opens the bottle’s run. Phomemo M110, M120 and M220 printers work too.
- Edited on two phones
- If the same entry changes on two phones, Sync in Settings lets you keep either version.
